Role: TelesalesExperience: 1-3 yearsLocation: Gurugram Vacancy-1
Job Description: You will be responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
- Contact prospective customers over the phone and explain to them our plans and our products
- Pitch the product and complete the transaction
- Update client record
- Go the extra mile to increase sales
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Meet call Quality standard
- Proven experience as a telesales representive or other customer service role
- Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
- Ability to switch communication styles Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Should be confident and presentable
- Freshers are also welcome with good communication skills
- Excellent convincing/selling skills

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
