Real Estate Sales Telecalling Executive

Job Purpose
To generate and qualify leads via telephone, engage prospective buyers/investors for our real-estate projects, schedule site visits or appointments with the field sales team, maintain accurate lead records, and support the sales conversion process for Nagrik Group’s real‐estate offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers or leads from databases, marketing campaigns or enquiries. Apna+2Realty Assistant+2
Handle inbound enquiries (telephone, WhatsApp, email) related to real estate projects and provide accurate preliminary information. Indeed
Provide details on our real‐estate projects: location, floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment schedules, approvals, possession timelines, etc. Freshersworld+1
Understand customer requirements: budget, preferred locality, unit type (apartment/plot/commercial), and align offerings accordingly. TalentMate
Qualify leads: determine interest level, budget capability, urgency; categorize leads for hand-over to the sales team.
Schedule and confirm site visits or sales appointments by coordinating with field sales or on-site teams.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, lead status, appointments in CRM or lead-management system; update database regularly. srikrishnadeveloppers.com+1
Conduct timely follow-up calls (and messages/emails where applicable) to nurture leads, answer queries, overcome objections, and keep the lead warm. Realty Assistant
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly telecalling targets in terms of calls made, appointments scheduled, visits confirmed, and conversions forwarded. Indeed+1
Stay updated on project status, competitive projects, market trends, promotions, pricing changes so as to effectively communicate with leads. Freshersworld
Collaborate with the marketing, sales and operations teams: provide feedback from calls, suggest new lead sources, assist in preparing call scripts/promotions.
Maintain professional communication and adhere to company tele‐calling norms, scripts, ethics and compliance (including any regulatory requirements e.g., RERA disclosures, if applicable).
Participate in training programs and team meetings; continuously improve soft‐skills, product knowledge and sales tele‐skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of outbound calls made per day/week
Lead conversion rate: qualified leads → site visits → registrations/bookings
Number of site visits scheduled per week/month
CRM data accuracy: percentage of records updated, follow-up done on time
Achieving or exceeding target appointments/sales hand-over numbers
Customer satisfaction / feedback from calls (quality of engagement)
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. Freshersworld
Prior experience of tele‐calling, inside sales, or customer‐contact role preferably in real estate industry – 0-2 yrs acceptable, 1+ year preferred. TalentMate+1
Excellent verbal communication skills in English + Hindi and preferably regional language (e.g. Marathi for Maharashtra) depending on locale.
Good persuasion, active listening, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a target‐driven environment, persistent, resilient and positive attitude.
Basic computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word), familiarity with CRM tools, email/WhatsApp. Apna
Good time-management, ability to prioritise follow-ups and organise call logs.
Knowledge of real‐estate terminology / processes is a plus (but not mandatory).
Reporting Structure & Shift
Location: (Wagle Estate )
Shift: Day shift (e.g., 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM) or as per company policy. Realty Assistant
Reports to: Telecalling Team Leader / Sales Manager.
Compensation & Incentives
Fixed monthly base salary + performance‐linked incentives for leads converted/sales achieved. Examples from market show base in range ₹15,000-₹25,000 + incentives for similar roles. Indeed+1
