Key Responsibilities:
• Child-Centered Teaching: Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that encourage cognitive, social, and emotional development in young children.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment where children feel valued and respected.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and addressing any concerns.
• Student Assessment: Observe and assess each child’s development, documenting milestones and areas for growth, and tailoring instruction to meet individual needs.
• Collaborative Learning: Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to education across the preschool.
• Creative Engagement: Utilize a variety of teaching aids, storytelling, and interactive activities to make learning fun and engaging for preschoolers.
• Safety & Hygiene: Ensure that the classroom environment meets all safety and hygiene standards, promoting the well-being of the children at all times.
Qualifications:
• Education: NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification is mandatory.
• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates who have a passion for early childhood education.
• Language: Fluent English communication skills are required to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
