Full job description
LondonKids Preschool, KR Puram, is seeking passionate, dedicated, and nurturing Preschool Teachers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a love for early childhood education and be committed to creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for young children (ages 1.5 to 5.5 years).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities based on the EYFS-based curriculum.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Use creative, hands-on teaching methods including storytelling, music, play, art, and group activities.
Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and development regularly.
Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Ensure classroom hygiene, safety, and organization at all times.
Collaborate with co-teachers and staff for events, parent meetings, and school functions.
Participate in teacher training, workshops, and school improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, NTT, or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience as a preschool or kindergarten teacher (freshers with training may also apply).
Good command of spoken and written English.
Passionate about working with young children and fostering a positive learning environment.
Preferred Skills:
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Creative and energetic personality.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to children’s needs.
Basic tech skills (for using smart boards or educational apps, if required).
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Occasional weekend events or parent meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
