Organizing learning resources to achieve desired learning objectives and ensure the curriculum and teaching methods are followed.
Observations: The Teacher is responsible for watching and evaluating the children in her classroom to ensure they are properly progressing.
Progress Reports: Give written evaluations to the parents and communicate any issues with the child's development.
Classroom Management: Each preschool teacher is in charge of her own classroom, including decorating, updating bulletin boards, and keeping it clean and organized. Participating in planning and organizing school events, field-trips, parent -teacher meetings
Continuous self-development and skills up-gradation
