Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Preschool Teacher. The Preschool Teacher will plan and implement engaging lessons and activities tailored to the developmental needs of young learners. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, fostering a positive learning environment, supporting childrens growth in social and academic skills, and maintaining strong communication with parents and guardians. The role emphasizes collaboration with fellow educators and active participation in maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten instruction
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• A passion for teaching and the ability to create an inclusive, stimulating, and safe classroom environment
• A relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
• Experience in teaching preschool-age children is advantageous
• Creativity, patience, and a genuine love for working with children are essential
