The Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children (typically aged 2 to 5) can thrive emotionally, socially, intellectually, and physically. This role includes planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early development and school readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood curriculum and developmental goals.
Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods to promote learning and curiosity.
Encourage social interaction and positive behavior among children.
Observe, assess, and document each child’s development and progress.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s experiences, milestones, and needs.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards as per school policies.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, staff, and school leadership for seamless operation.
Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
Identify children with special needs or behavioral concerns and refer appropriately.
Maintain student records, attendance logs, and report cards.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
