Job Title: Preschool Teacher
Location: Goregaon West
Reports To: Preschool Director / Centre Head
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment where young children can grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons aligned with early childhood curriculum.
Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports children's learning and development.
Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.
Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, meetings, and progress reports.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan events and activities.
Encourage children’s independence and support their emotional and social development.
Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Certification in Early Childhood Education (as required by local/state regulations).
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Prior experience working with preschool-aged children (typically ages 2–6).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Good Command on English Language
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Working Conditions:
Physically able to interact with young children, including sitting on the floor, lifting up to 40 lbs, and supervising active play.
Work may include outdoor activities and occasional evening or weekend events.
