Job Description:
As a Preschool and Daycare Teacher at The Learning Curve, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children aged 2 to 5 years old. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing engaging educational programs, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children in a classroom setting.
Passion for making a positive impact in the field of early childhood education.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
Create a safe and stimulating learning environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
