Job Description:
As a Preschool and Daycare Teacher at The Learning Curve, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of children aged 2 to 5 years old. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing engaging educational programs, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children in a classroom setting.
• Passion for making a positive impact in the field of early childhood education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
• Assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
