Preschool Teachers (Playgroup & Nursery)
• Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment for children in the designated age group.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and curriculum based on Little Elly principles.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child, catering to their unique needs and abilities.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking among the children.
- Promote positive behavior and teach appropriate social skills.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and cohesive learning environment.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.
• Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of relevant teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Montessori training degree or certification is required.
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, kindness, and a genuine love for working with young children.
