Job Title: President - Multi Site

Our Client is seeking an accomplished President – Multi‑Site Operations to lead and elevate performance across multiple distribution facilities. This is a full‑time, on‑site executive role based in Houston, TX or Dallas, TX. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this individual will oversee sales growth, operational excellence, safety, facilities, transportation, and customer service while driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across major programs and multi‑site operations.
• Drive sales performance and case‑volume growth across assigned markets.
• Oversee warehouse operations, transportation/delivery, fleet services, and facilities to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe daily execution.
• Lead the development and implementation of the Annual Operating Plan with cross‑functional input.
• Manage budgets, including labor, benefits, supplies, capital projects, and third‑party vendor contracts.
• Monitor operational KPIs and financial metrics; implement adjustments to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to support operational needs.
• Enhance policies, processes, and operational practices to improve customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Support enterprise‑wide initiatives and collaborate with peer leaders across the organization.
• Assess growth trends and facility capacity, ensuring operational readiness for current and future business demands.
• Champion continuous improvement, cost‑reduction strategies, and efficiency‑focused projects.
• Identify challenges and partner with senior leadership to develop and implement solutions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in distribution or operations leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
