Hiring: President – Operations (API Division)
Location: Maharashtra, India
We are looking for an exceptional leader to take on the role of President – Operations for a highly reputed pharmaceutical company (Top 10 in India with global presence). The selected candidate will oversee operations across two to three USFDA-approved API manufacturing plants, all equipped with cutting-edge automation and systems.
Key Requirements:
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with an MBA from a premier institute
• Proven leadership experience at a senior level in API manufacturing
• Must be from one of the Top 10 API pharmaceutical companies
• Strong track record of building high-performance teams and nurturing future leaders
• Deep understanding of USFDA and other international regulatory frameworks
