Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver a balanced, innovative, and age-appropriate visual arts curriculum.
Foster creativity and self-expression through a variety of media such as drawing, painting, sculpture, collage, and digital art.
Plan, prepare, and assess student work, maintaining accurate records of progress and achievement.
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages risk-taking and exploration.
Organize art displays and exhibitions to showcase students’ work across the school.
Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate art across the curriculum when appropriate.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and participation.
Stay updated with contemporary art education practices and continuously develop professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or related field.
Teaching certification appropriate for primary level education.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
Strong understanding of child development and differentiated instruction.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
