HIRING FEMALE ASSISTANT TEACHER FOR CISCE PRIMARY GRADES 1 & 2
EXPERIENCED OR FRESHERS
LOCATED AT HEBBAL KEMPAPURA, BANGALORE
QUALIFICATION :- 12TH + NTT OR ANY DEGREE
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
An assistant teacher supports the lead teacher in creating a positive and effective learning environment. Their primary responsibilities include helping with lesson preparation, providing individual or small-group support to students, and assisting with classroom management and supervision.
They also help maintain classroom organization, prepare materials, monitor student behavior, and ensure a safe and engaging atmosphere.
By working closely with the teacher, assistant teachers and to administration tasks contribute to students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Additional Qualities Needed:
Patience and empathy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic instructional and organizational skills
Enthusiasm for working with children
