As a Faculty member, you will play a critical role in shaping academic journeys by delivering high-quality online classes, developing relevant curriculum-aligned content, and continuously adapting to the evolving needs of school education.
What You Will Do?
Teach with Impact
Deliver engaging live and recorded online classes from in-house studios. Simplify complex concepts through clear explanations, structured lessons, and relatable examples.
• Teach in alignment with CBSE Board curriculum, ensuring academic accuracy and consistency.
Create a positive, interactive, and disciplined online classroom environment.
Create Meaningful Academic Content
• Design and refine lesson plans, presentations, practice materials, and assessments. Ensure all content remains current, relevant, and aligned with syllabus updates. Contribute to continuous curriculum improvement through thoughtful academic inputs.
Support Student Growth
Engage students through discussions, doubt-solving sessions, and revision classes. Track learning progress and provide constructive academic feedback to support student growth.
Identify learning gaps and provide targeted support to students.
Deliver Confidently from Studios-
Teach from professional studios with a strong on-camera presence and clear communication.
Use digital boards, presentations, and online teaching tools effectively.
Work closely with technical and production teams to ensure seamless session delivery.
Maintain Academic Excellence-
Evaluate assignments and assessments with fairness and transparency. Follow institutional academic guidelines and teaching standards. Participate in academic reviews, training programs, and quality audits.
Grow as an Educator-
Stay informed about changes in curriculum, pedagogy, and educational technology. Actively incorporate feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Contribute ideas that improve learning outcomes and teaching practices.
Who You Are?
Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of online teaching experience, specifically in studio-based environments.
Experience teaching specified classes.
