Key Responsibilities:
• Teach all core subjects (English, Mathematics, EVS, etc.) to the assigned class.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Observe and assess students’ academic performance and personal development.
• Maintain regular communication with parents about their child’s progress.
• Organize and participate in classroom activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Support children in developing good habits, manners, and social skills.
• Maintain records of students' attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and other staff for integrated learning experiences.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Education or Child Development)
• B.Ed or Diploma in Early Childhood Education/Montessori Training (preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience at the primary level (freshers with strong passion also considered)
