If you have a passion for Christian education and can wholeheartedly engage in the school’s expression of faith and its faith practices, we would love to hear from you.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Generalist Classroom Teacher to join our Junior School (Prep – Year 6) team, commencing in January 2026.

We are looking for a teacher who is not only experienced but also shares our commitment to delivering exceptional education within a Christian environment. Upholding College Values: Demonstrate a strong commitment to upholding the values and ethos of Oxley Christian College, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Classroom Management: Maintain a well organised and positive classroom environment conducive to learning, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the broader school community to support the holistic development of students.
Requirements:

Bachelor of Education degree in Primary Education or a related field (with teaching qualifications).
Experience teaching primary school students, preferably in an Australian Curriculum based setting.
Ability to teach from a Biblical perspective and integrate Christian values into teaching practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
