Position: Junior Wing Coordinator
Location: Daffodils World School, Sikar, Rajasthan

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Coordinator for the Junior Wing (Nursery to Grade 2) who can lead and manage all academic and non-academic activities for our youngest learners. The ideal candidate should have a child-centric approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team of teachers with enthusiasm and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the academic curriculum and daily schedules
• Lead and support junior wing staff in lesson planning, resource development, and professional growth.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and the school management to ensure the holistic development of each child.
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed. preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of coordination experience in early childhood or primary education.
• Deep understanding of child psychology, early learning practices, and activity-based teaching.
