Job Description
Heart of Supply is recruiting Primary Teachers to support our partner schools across Grantham and the surrounding areas. These flexible roles include day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term cover in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms. You’ll step into a range of schools, delivering engaging lessons, following pre-set plans, and helping maintain a positive and consistent learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.
We’re looking for adaptable, confident primary teachers who can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff, manage behaviour positively, and bring energy and calm to each day. You’ll need to be proactive, reliable, and able to slot into new settings with ease, whether you’re teaching phonics in Reception or guiding a Year 6 class through revision.
