• Instruction and Delivery:
• Develop and deliver lesson plans in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to accommodate different learning styles.
• Integrate technology and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience.
• Curriculum Development:
• Design and update curriculum to meet educational standards and school objectives.
• Create assignments, projects, and assessments that reflect the curriculum and promote critical thinking.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in elementary education.
• Student Assessment and Support:
• Evaluate and monitor student progress through assessments, assignments, and observations.
• Provide feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
• Identify and address individual student needs and learning challenges, offering additional support as necessary.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
• Manage classroom behavior and establish procedures for maintaining order.
• Encourage positive social interactions and model appropriate behavior.
• Professional Development:
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Participate in workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school administration.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school meetings.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to support student learning and school initiatives.
• Extracurricular Activities:
• Support and participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs, field trips, and school events.
• Encourage student participation in activities that complement their academic learning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
• Proficiency in teaching core subjects at the primary school level.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and child development.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
