Looking for a Year 5 Class Teacher role? Flourish Education are looking to recruit a Year 5 Class Teacher to work in a 1-form entry school on a full-time basis. This role has the potential to become permanent from the following academic year.
The school foster a welcome and supportive environment for their staff. The senior leadership team are strong leaders and a good support network for teachers and support staff. Our client has been rated GOOD by Ofsted and is in the Nechells and aim to enable children to be happy, engaged and positive about their future. They are looking to recruit a Year 5 Class Teacher who can support these attributes.
As a Primary Teacher in our client’s school, you will be responsible for but not limited to planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in a creative and engaging manner, working alongside the teacher assistant, safeguarding all students, marking work in line with the school policy and attending meetings where necessary.
The Primary Teacher role is due to start in September 2026 and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year with the potential of a permanent position for September 2026.

• Experience in teaching either KS1 or KS2
• Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
• Commitment to the role
• A strong school reference from your recent employer/school placement
Working for Flourish Education as a Year 5 Class Teacher you will receive:
• A competitive salary of up to £1+0 per day which equates up to £37,050 per annum based on working 5 days per week for the full academic year

• Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates you accrue this at 14.36% of your day rate

• KCSIE-compliant safeguarding and prevent duty training inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse.
