Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Instruction
• Plan and deliver lessons in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Science, and General Knowledge as per the school’s curriculum.
• Use child-centered and activity-based teaching methods that align with the needs and interests of young learners.
• Integrate storytelling, hands-on learning, and real-life examples into daily lessons.
Student Assessment & Support
• Assess students’ progress through classwork, assignments, projects, and periodic tests.
• Maintain records of academic performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Identify students’ individual learning needs and offer additional support or interventions as required.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Education (D.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) – Mandatory
• Valid teaching certification/registration as required by local educational authorities.
• Prior teaching experience in primary grades (1–5) preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English
