The Adhoc Assistant Teacher will be responsible for classroom management, lesson preparation, and student supervision.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources.
- Provide individual and small group assistance to students to enhance their understanding of the material.
- Supervise students during class activities, breaks, and school events.
- Help with grading assignments and maintaining student records.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Principal.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a teaching or tutoring role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and adolescents.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on various tasks.
- Basic knowledge of educational software and technology is a plus.
