Role Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our team of passionate educators who embrace their work with children.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design a didactic and creative program specialised for primary students.
2. Be versatile and use a variety of different pedagogical techniques to teach students.
3. Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information.
4. Evaluate student's academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports.
5. Instilling a sense of discipline and respect, so that children can work effectively in class room setting. Encourage social interactions between children and improving their self esteem.
6. Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development such as games, art and craft music story telling and field trips.
7. Attend professional meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops in order to maintain and improve professional competence.
8. Serves as a role model, a curious learner on the cutting edge of instructional practice and pedagogies.
+. Understands social emotional skills, cognitive skills essential for developing the whole child.
Prerequisite Skills and Qualities:
1. Commitment towards students, team and the organization.
2. Proficiency in Principles of Child development, and Primary Education.
3. Ability to organize tasks and manage time to meet many and varied deadlines processing's, presentations, and spreadsheet software's.
4. Relevant experience in early childhood education.
5. Creativity and problem solving towards teaching students with varied needs and capabilities
6. Empathetic and compassionate towards young students, peers and parents.
7. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with peers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
