Key Responsibilities:

• Tailor Learning: Adapt lessons to meet the needs of all children, ensuring every child is challenged at their level.
• Track and Celebrate Progress: Monitor student progress, giving clear feedback and encouragement to help them grow academically and personally.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
• Make Learning Fun: Use creative and engaging teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and memorable for young children.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• At least one year of experience in a primary school setting.
• A genuine passion for teaching and working with young children.
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to build strong relationships with your pupils.
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
