We are looking for a Principal Atlassian Consultant to partner with cross-functional teams and provide strategic consulting and drive impactful solutions .
About You:
Experience: Senior 8+ years, we are seeking an experienced Principal Atlassian Consultant with a client facing, consulting experience in implementing Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies. In this role, you will immerse yourself in client environments, delivering projects that leverage industry best practices to architect and optimize solutions tailored to their unique needs. Your deep understanding of Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks will empower you to lead teams of Atlassian experts, ensuring that project outcomes align with client requirements and drive measurable success.
Client-Facing Consulting Experience
Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and guide clients through process improvement using Atlassian tools.
Jira & Confluence Expertise
Strong understanding of how to configure and optimize Jira and Confluence in support of business processes.
Atlassian Analytics & Reporting
Experience building executive-level dashboards and reports that tie Atlassian data to business outcomes.
Rovo & Atlassian Intelligence
Familiarity with emerging AI capabilities in the Atlassian ecosystem and how to apply them to real client use cases.
Process-Centered Thinking
Knowledge of ITSM, agile, or project management practices, with the ability to advise clients on workflows, not just tool configuration.
Strong Communication & Facilitation Skills
Comfortable running discovery sessions, leading demos, and translating business needs into scalable Atlassian solutions.
Real-World Delivery Experience
Demonstrated history of working on client projects, managing expectations, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Bonus Points For:
Atlassian Certified (ACP-120, ACP-620, etc.).
Experience with scripting languages (Groovy, Python) and REST APIs.
Background in system integration and third-party tool connectors
