Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Principal. The Principal will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school, including overseeing academic programs, hiring and supervising teaching staff, managing budgets, and building relationships with parents and the broader community. This is an on-site role located in Jaipur.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, students, and parents
• Experience in academic administration and curriculum development
• Knowledge of educational trends and best practices, and the ability to apply them
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• An advanced degree in education or a related field
• Prior experience as a school principal or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
