Role Summary
The Principal ensures high academic standards and strategic alignment across a group of schools.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Strategy & Alignment
• Develop and implement academic strategies that align with the group’s overall educational vision and goals.
• Standardize curriculum frameworks and ensure consistency in teaching methodologies across schools.
• Work closely with heads/principals to ensure academic policies are adopted and followed.
Curriculum Coordination
• Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of curricula across all schools.
• Coordinate subject leads and department heads to share best practices and resources.
• Ensure curriculum remains relevant, inclusive, and responsive to student needs.
Data & Performance Monitoring
• Analyze academic performance data across schools to identify strengths, challenges, and trends.
• Lead school improvement planning based on data insights and research-based practices.
Monitor school progress toward key academic performance indicators.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Serve as a bridge between school sites, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and resources.
• Lead regular academic coordination meetings with school leaders and curriculum coordinators.
• Represent the academic team in group leadership meetings and external stakeholder discussions.
Quality Assurance
• Conduct academic audits and school reviews to ensure compliance with group and regulatory standards.
• Support schools during inspections and accreditation processes.
Innovation & Best Practices
• Research and introduce innovative teaching and learning practices across the group.
• Encourage inter-school initiatives, competitions, and collaborative projects to enrich learning.
Qualifications and Experience (Typical Expectations)
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with leadership or coordinator roles.
• Experience working in multi-site or group education environments is a strong advantage.
• Also, who can travel once in a month between different schools on different location nearby like phalodi, barmer, khetri and base location is jodhpur
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
