• About this Role
• What You’ll Do
- Drive excellent engagement with senior internal Gartner stakeholders and deliver complex secondary research projects (unstructured and open-ended) across research groups
- Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques and deliver structured findings
- Suggest innovative ideas and identify opportunities for standardization of key deliverables to optimize time, improve data collection and delivery process
- Closely associate with other team members to enhance the quality and depth of research
- Collaborate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives by creating content and delivering training sessions
• What You’ll Need
- Bachelors/Post-graduates in any specialization from Tier I & II B-schools with 6-8 years of research experience (preferably in the Technology domain)
- Excellent communication Skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with solutioning mindset
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly PPT, Excel and Word
- Acquainted with databases like Factiva, Capital IQ, One Source, Thomson etc.
