Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Print Production Specialist based in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end print production process, including managing printing projects, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring high-quality outputs. Responsibilities include working directly with internal clients, managing vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and maintaining production standards. You will also contribute to the design and execution of print-related projects to meet organizational goals effectively.
Qualifications
• Experience with Print Production, Printing, and operating Printers
• Knowledge of Print Design, including layout, formatting, and pre-press processes
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and prioritize client needs
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications for print production and design
• Familiarity with vendor and supplier management in the print industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous experience in a corporate environment or retail organization is a plus
