Print Specialist - Lead
Oodio is looking to expand its wedding album business to UK, US, Canada and Mexico. To help us grow our business we are in search of an experienced Print Specialist - Lead for our Print Division.
The position will involve creating print files, accurate color reproduction in print, invnetory management, production scheduling, quality control and vendor interactions to run the operations of the division efficiently and smoothly.
The postion will involve playing a crucial role in tracking client orders, solving escalations, building strong team relationships, and driving productivity..

Timings
Monday to Saturday (9 AM - 7 PM)
This is an on-site role. There is no option to work from home.
Hiring Process

Telephonic interview
Hiring Tests & HR Interview. This will be conducted at Oodio Office Premises. The candidates will have to attend the hiring session from 11:00 AM-3 PM.
We are open to online if the candidate has a good internet connection and if he/she is out of Bangalore at that point in time.
Responsibilities
Carry out pre-press workflow on print files to ensure accurate reproduction of colors in print. Adjust print files to minimize color variation and to ensure color accuracy.
Create print files for album covers, boxes and cards in Photoshop as per the production standards.
Perform quality check for color accuracy, print damages, production issues and binding stability.
Oversee final quality control to ensure albums are shipped with hightest standards and finishing.
Schedule print and production task to ensure albums are completed in a timely manner without delay.
Communicate with client servicing, print and production teams to ensure smoothly production of orders.
Manage inventory of production, print and packaging materials and work with administration to order stock in timely manner.
Assist the client servicing team in resolving escalation and providing the clients with a solution
Coordinate with logistic and packaging team to ensure shipping of orders as per committed due dates.
