As a Private Banker, you will:
Cultivate and expand a portfolio of high net worth client relationships through both existing clients and new acquisitions from internal and external sources.
Foster strong partnerships with all business partners within Private Wealth.
Collaborate seamlessly with banking and wealth management product/distribution partners across the Westpac Group to deliver solutions that meet our high net worth clients’ needs.
Identify, assess, and manage compliance obligations and issues effectively.
Maintain high levels of client prospecting and new business networking to drive acquisitions.
Promote digital self-service adoption among clients and encourage digital interactions.

What do I need?
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:
Proven experience in a personal client-facing or relationship management role, ideally within Private Banking or Business/Commercial Banking (minimum 2 years).
In-depth knowledge of Lending, particularly Consumer Lending, with experience in Commercial or Business Lending highly valued.
Strong understanding of both Consumer and Business Lending credit policies and principles.
RG146 Tier 1 and Tier 2 certification (ideal) and a passion for building your wealth knowledge and skills.
Established professional networks in the High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) space.
A strong desire to grow your career and contribute in a collaborative environment.
