Non Conventional/Private Lending:
This side of the Company works with Commercial Products, Dscr Rental Lending, Fix and Flips, Bridge, Ground up Construction, equipment loans, and more.
We work with over 30+ Lenders who specialize in unique and non conventional lending options. As an Investor Friendly option, the products can only be done in a business name as an investment category.
With Specialty products such as:
• 100% Fix and Flip loans (65% arv)
• 10 year I/O Dscr Loans (30 year amortization)
• Bridge Loans
• No Experience Fix and flip and Dscr Options
• Investor Construction Loans
and more!
We also connect agents with buyers and other pieces of the industry, such as contractors and inspectors when needed. From day 1 through purchase and even remodeling, we cater to the INVESTOR type transactions.
Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Mortgage Consultant, specifically for Non Conventional Lending. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for providing mortgage industry expertise, managing relationships, handling sales calls and emails, promoting brand and product mix, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
• Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending expertise preferred (not required)
• Experience in Sales and ability to open new relationships in the real estate industry.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Understanding of market trends and regulations in the mortgage industry
• Nmls license is a plus, but NOT required for "Non conventional, private, hard money, lending". If you do have a state NMLS then there are options for on-boarding conventional as well.
Pay:
• Contract Employment 10++ at year end
• Comp Terms 1 Based on $ Volume
• Comp Terms 2 based on flat %
• No Minimum hours weekly
• Paid every 2 weeks (after closing)
An Average Sales Consultant working full time generally makes 85-250k annual, whereas
Average Sales Consultant working 20 hours per week generally makes 40-125k
