Qualification: PRO - BSc/BA / MBA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications / Content writer - any degree

Experience: PRO - 5 years; Content writer - 2 to 4 years

Salary: As per university norms

Job Description for PRO

· Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies

· Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)

· Prepare and distribute press releases

· Organize PR events and serve as the company’s spokesperson

· Track media coverage and follow industry trends

· Prepare and submit PR reports

· Manage PR issues

Requirements and skills

· Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role

· Proficient in MS Office and social media

· Strong communication ability (oral and written)

· Excellent organizational skills

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Creativity and problem-solving aptitude

Job Description for Content writer

· Streamline copy across all channels to ensure one singular brand voice and message. Including, but not limited to social media, email, and the website.

· Craft engaging copy and story-lines that inspire, inform and educate while delivering Social Media messages to the followers.

· Edit and proofread copy through all stages of the creative process to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

· Work closely with the Creative team to bring your words to life, creating a complete and compelling concept.

· Have a clear understanding and passion for education as an industry with knowledge about medical, engineering, and other professional scientific terminology.

· Research and share competitive insights into the latest education industry copy and content innovations/best-practices.

· Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required

Key Performance Indicators:

· Customer engagement with copy and content.

· Engaging and cohesive messaging across all channels.

· Consistency and timely delivery of tasks.

Skills & Knowledge:

· Degree in journalism, creative writing, English or related field

· Ability to craft clear, concise copy. Experience with social media a plus

· Understands brand voice and can elevate and evolve copy

· Strong communication skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly

· Ability to communicate effectively with different teams and at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects at once, work within tight deadlines and adjust to changes in priorities at any given time
