Job Title: Process Consultant / Expert (Solar Cell Manufacturing)
Role & Responsibilities:
Overall Implementation of process management in Cell Line
Technical Evaluation of Potential Raw Material
Developing high-power technical teams capable of both invention & innovation
Bring break-through technological ideas in cell processing
Bring in the expertise in solar cell process development (especially PERC / TOPCon & HJT) and integration to increase cell efficiency/yield
Financial analysis for business development, Technology evaluation & commercialization
Monitoring of cell manufacturing process flow and Process Control
Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, CTM & drive cost reduction projects
Control of Non-Conforming Productions
Response & Ensuring actions against Customer Complaints
Training of subordinates
Keep up to date on new external developments on processes for silicon solar cells
Responsible to keep a close eye on external developments in his/her. field of expertise that might be relevant to ReNew technology roadmap
Safety:
Achieve zero safety incidents.
Comply with the companys safety protocols at all times.
Participate in projects related to safety improvement.
Requisite skills :
Expert in Solar Cell Process Development of PERC / TOPCon / HJT / Perovskites & Tandem.
Characterization expert of Solar cell for process improvement (e.g. Loss analysis, IQE-EQE, SIMS, ECV, etc.)
Proven track record of implementing new processes into mass production
A very high level of competency & wide-ranging experience in Six Sigma Methodologies, operational excellence, Statistical Software & Project Management
Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to gather and review resources and select and synthesize data for reports and other written materials.
The aim of the role is to setup a state of the art High Efficiency Solar Cell Manufacturing Facility of 2.0 GWp capacity to manufacture Mono PERC Bifacial solar cells of 210 mm at Dholera, Gujarat (India).
Support to achieve the average cell efficiency of >23.30% and minimum cell efficiency of >22.80% for Mono PERC Bifacial 210 mm solar cell production line.
Maintain manufacturing material consumption of production line shall not be higher than average value of top-5 Tier-1 companies in market at that time.
Installation, commissioning & ramp up support of all process equipment.
Integration of all process steps in production line.
Optimization of all processed to achieve high efficiency at lowest operational cost per unit produced.
Ramp up of the processes to the maximum rated capacities of equipment while maintaining the yield & electrical performance.
Training of engineers & operators for maintaining the processes, production and maintenance for troubleshooting,
