Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer( Manufacturing) with expertise in machining processes, aerospace standards, and advanced engineering software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management, risk management, and quality systems to support our manufacturing and engineering operations.
Functions to Perform:
• CAD Modeling and Drafting: Utilize Catia and NX for 3D modeling and drafting of engineering components.
• Machining Processes: Apply comprehensive knowledge of machining processes to develop and optimize manufacturing workflows.
• Aerospace Standards: Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• Engineering Change Management: Manage and implement engineering changes to enhance product design and manufacturing efficiency.
• Machining Engineering Drawings: Interpret and create detailed machining engineering drawings.
• Special Processes: Apply knowledge of special processes to improve manufacturing techniques.
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T): Implement GD&T principles to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing.
• PFMEA: Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Control Plans: Develop and maintain control plans to ensure consistent product quality.
• Identification of Special Characteristics: Identify and control special characteristics critical to product functionality and safety.
• Quality Systems: Understand and apply QMS, EMS, OHSMS, and EnMS policies to maintain high standards of quality and environmental compliance.
• Document Control: Manage control of documents and records to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with manufacturing processes.
• Configuration Management: Oversee configuration management to maintain consistency of product performance and design.
• Customer Drawings: Interpret and implement customer drawings accurately, including DPD/MBD requirements.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• MS Office: Utilize MS Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
