The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a strong, self-motivated individual with a dedicated work ethic to join our team at our Pokeno site.
This role is focussing on running our filler and packaging line so if you have had previous filler experience, can communicate operational needs, problems, and solutions then we want to hear from you.
The role is on fixed shift roster of Mon - Thur, 10.75hr shift.
The main responsibilities of this role include.
Operating sophisticated, automated equipment in a dairy manufacturing process
Maintaining exceptional manufacturing safety and quality standards
Performing product quality checks to reduce loses and improve line reliability
Assisting team members in general production line duties
In-depth Quality inspections and completion of paperwork to high standards
Cleaning production line to Infant formula standards
Adherence to H&S standards and always aspiring to excellence.
Problem solving, collaborating, and influencing
Key to your success will be your ability to bring your dairy manufacturing and filler line knowledge and proactive attitude to a faced paced work environment.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role will require
Previous 1 year experience in FMCG or food or dairy manufacturing environment, particularly filling machines, case packers or aptitude for PLC controlled machinery
Working knowledge of HACCP systems and process
Previous insight in using ERP system, SAP experience preferred
