Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Improvement Consultant

Vaco has partnered with a growing company that is in search of a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Improvement Consultant to support the transformation and scaling of its procurement and accounts payable operations. This consultant will play a key role in providing hands-on support during a transition period.

Job Title: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Improvement Consultant
Location: Onsite - Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore area)
Pay Rate: $50-$65 per hour
Project Duration: 3-6 months

Responsibilities Include:
• Lead assessment of Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities
• Design and implement end-to-end P2P workflows across procurement, invoicing, approvals, and payments
• Serve has hands-on lead for implementation of AP automation tools
• Provide AP operations support during the transition period, including vendor setup, invoicing, and processing

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or process improvement roles
• Hands-on AP experience and strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes
• Ability to work fully onsite in Phoenix
