Key Responsibilities
1. CAPEX and Small Ware & Procurement Coordination
• Assist in processing CAPEX and SW purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, follow-ups, and delivery timelines.
• Support in comparing vendor quotes and maintaining cost records.
• Track small ware requirements for new and existing stores.
• Coordinate with warehouse and vendors for timely dispatch and delivery.
2. Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain proper records of POs, invoices, and GRNs.
• Ensure all documents are saved in shared folders as per defined naming conventions.
• Assist in audit-related data preparation and documentation.
3. Tracking & Reporting
• Update trackers for CAPEX and small ware procurement regularly.
• Monitor pending POs, deliveries, and invoice status.
• Share periodic updates with stakeholders on procurement status.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Support store launch requirements by ensuring timely material availability.
Key Requirements :
• Basic understanding of procurement and finance processes.
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Good communication and coordination abilities
