Job Description
We have an urgent requirement for Procurement and Contract manager for areal estate client in Mumbai location.
Please find below the details:
• Roles and responsibilities:
• Develop vendor database for all trade packages
• Conduct tender techno commercial negotiation meeting with tenders or internal stakeholders
• Preparation and release of contract document
• Taking care of post contract issues
• Proactively controlling cost variations/ finalizing items with rate analysis
• Validate the bill concerning contractual position
• Authenticate reconciliation statements
• Resolve and settle dispute between client and contractors
• Prepare and submit budget vs actual cost incurred
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedure to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Candidate should be from Real estate industry
• Coordinate with project team, store dept for material delivery
• Prepare of BOQs for various work packages involves reviewing project documents, quantifying materials, conducting takeoffs,estimating labour requirements
• Prepare project wise budget cost sheet
Preparation of rate analysis by identifying project activities
Experience:6-12Years
Candidate should have warehouse experience
