Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and customers. Ensuring customer service standards, and quality are met
Well-developed planning, organizational and time management skills.
Well-developed relationship builder and problem solver
Previous relevant Retail Experience at a supervisory or assistant manager level
Experience in SAP stock management systems (an advantage although we are willing to train the right person)
Previous ordering experience and product knowledge/ merchandising
Relevant Business Qualification
Undertake necessary administrative functions of the role
Process focused whilst consistently delivering high standards, an eye for detail, innovative and adaptable
Commitment to good Health & Safety and Food Safety practices
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong communication (verbal and written)
Good basic math skills
Healthy and physically fit to work in a fast-paced team
Reliable team player able to work early starts and/or late finishes with flexibility to work non rostered days as required
