What role will you play?
In this role you will lead and contribute to the ongoing management of the credit card product suite, including day-to-day product operations, risk and remediation items, and product feature analysis and uplift. You will support the Credit Cards Product team on key strategic, compliance and operational initiatives, as well as the many key strategic initiatives taking place in the personal banking ecosystem.
Your work will also support collaboration with Legal and Non-Financial Risk teams to maintain robust control frameworks and managing incidents to ensure timely resolution. You will work day-to-day with a range of internal stakeholders including frontline, operations and other client support areas to optimise credit card processes. You will balance the need to implement risk and control uplift opportunities, as well as improving the product, customer and employee experience.
