Indicative Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their interior design needs and requirements.
• Create detailed interior design plans, including layouts, furniture selections, colour schemes, and decorative elements.
• Source and select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the company's brand and budget.
• Produce 2D and 3D visualizations to help stakeholders visualize the designs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of the designs.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and quality, ensuring all designs meet the company's standards.
• Provide interior design expertise and recommendations to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our spaces.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field from a recognized and reputable institute of design.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer/Architect in a corporate or in-house setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
• Strong creativity, artistic flair, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
