DEFINITION

The Product Development Analyst will work closely with the product management team to assist in the development and launch of products. This role will involve providing assistance to the Product Management coordinator, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all necessary documentation and specifications are in place. The Product Development Associate will also provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
• Manages all of the data for Product Information. Making sure that all data is up to date for the product.
• Set up, organize, and maintain project plans in ClickUp according to standardized templates.
• Assist in designing, developing and compliance of new products, including creating prototypes and conducting product testing.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to product development such as opening of new SKU numbers, UPC barcodes, updating Airtable sheets (Prod Dev Base, Prototype testing base, VC line sheet etc.), & Cin7core.
• Maintain and ensure that all project documentations are up-to-date and accurately filed in ClickUp. These include project briefs, timelines, and status reports.
• Help in the preparation of product brief documents for the execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Manage communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in product development techniques.
