• Responsibilities:
• Develop new textile products in line with market trends and customer demands.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
• Manage the creation and approval of samples, ensuring they meet quality and design standards.
• Monitor production timelines and resolve any issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain quality standards through inspections and resolve any production issues.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to meet product expectations and provide progress updates.
• Requirements:
• Education: Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in textile merchandising, with a focus on product development.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of textiles, vendor management, quality control, and budgeting.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
