Rippling is the first way for businesses to manage all of their HR & IT—payroll, benefits, computers, apps, and more—in one unified workforce platform.
By connecting every business system to one source of truth for employee data, businesses can automate all of the manual work they normally need to do to make employee changes. Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can just click a button and set up a new employees’ payroll, health insurance, work computer, and third-party apps—like Slack, Zoom, and Office 365—all within +0 seconds.

About the role
The Insurance & Benefits team provides Rippling’s customers with a modern, easy-to-use platform that they use to administer employee benefits (including medical, dental, disability, commuter, COBRA, etc.). We build software that automates the tedious mess of managing insurance offerings, pushing payroll deductions, and transmitting enrollments (tens of thousands per month to hundreds of carriers!). It’s our goal to democratize the complex world of insurance so companies can offer top-notch competitive benefit options with minimal overhead, and empower employees across the globe to choose the right benefits for their families.
The product team owns Rippling’s product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows us to succeed as a business. We do this by distilling insights from key stakeholders across the company, user research, product-generated data, and competitive analysis. These insights allow us to prioritize the features that we work on, which we define end to end with our design and engineering counterparts, to create a product roadmap. As the features on this roadmap get developed, we partner with the appropriate teams to make sure that they are properly launched and are set up to be successfully sold, serviced, and supported. We iterate on these features using data and customer feedback to make sure that they fulfill and surpass the goals we had when we decided to build them.
As the Product Lead for the Global Benefits Administration and Pension teams, you will have direct ownership of driving Rippling’s entire benefits portfolio outside of the United States. These products include: health insurance management, enrollment transmission, payroll automation, pension scheme creation, and provider integration. You will need to balance launching in additional countries (at least a dozen in 2026 – all with different needs!) at a rapid pace, with going deeper on capabilities in markets where we’ve recently launched and are trying to win in more segments. Your attention to detail will help you to become an expert on benefits and pensions in new countries, allowing you to shape complex build vs. partner decisions. You will be a champion for product quality and ensure that no matter how intense the timelines are, the Global Benefits Administration and Pension teams are building the types of top notch products that Rippling customers expect. You’ll work on projects that impact the highest priorities of our business, all while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
