Job Description

Product Manager (Remote, Canada)
Location: Fully Remote (Canada)
Department: Product & Engineering
Reports to: Director of Products

At Neurotrack, our mission is to transform the diagnosis and prevention of Alzheimer’s and related diseases. We develop digital cognitive health solutions that enable people to assess, monitor, and strengthen their brain health — helping reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s and other dementias. By partnering with health plans and healthcare providers, we bring high-quality cognitive assessments and care to anyone, anywhere.

Our solutions are built on a digital platform, enabling convenient testing either in the clinic or from the privacy of home. Unlike traditional approaches focused only on managing decline, Neurotrack is pioneering a future where people can preserve and strengthen their cognitive health today.

We are a remote-first team (with teammates across the US and Canada) looking for a Product Manager to join us in shaping the future of brain health.

What You’ll Do
As a Product Manager at Neurotrack, you’ll be responsible for leading the execution and evolution of one of our product domains. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Commercial teams to bring meaningful digital health solutions to life. Your work will directly help people take control of their brain health.

You will:

Own the full product lifecycle in your domain — from problem definition and discovery through development, launch, and iteration.

Write clear requirements, tickets, and acceptance criteria that empower engineering and design to deliver effectively.

Facilitate product rituals (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) to ensure team alignment and momentum.

Maintain a healthy backlog, prioritize improvements, and document trade-offs.

Run discovery — including user interviews and usability testing — and translate insights into actionable product changes.

Capture and organize customer feedback, ensuring insights inform both short-term improvements and long-term strategy.

Monitor product dashboards, flag anomalies, and share insights with your team and stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Lead PM to align roadmaps and balance priorities across product areas.

Communicate product vision, plans, and results to leadership and stakeholders clearly and proactively.

Take full responsibility for your product domain, while collaborating with the Lead PM to ensure priorities align with Neurotrack’s overall strategy.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
You’re a hands-on, thoughtful product manager who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You love solving problems, keeping teams focused, and turning insights into real impact.

3+ years experience managing digital products (healthcare experience a plus).

Strong execution skills: you can write tickets, facilitate sprints, and manage delivery without handholding.

Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping processes clean and teams on track.

Excellent collaborator with cross-functional teams; you thrive on communication and alignment.

Curious and thoughtful — you ask the right discovery questions and synthesize insights into product decisions.

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to balance urgent needs with long-term goals.

Bonus: experience with regulated health products and/or quality and compliance processes.

Not a fit if ...
You’re looking for a pure strategy role with little hands-on execution.
You prefer highly structured, large-company environments with narrow responsibilities.
You’re uncomfortable with ambiguity or shifting priorities in a startup setting.
Why You’ll Love Working at Neurotrack
Mission-driven work: You’ll play a role in tackling one of the greatest health challenges of our time.

Remote-first: Work flexibly from anywhere in Canada.

Unlimited vacation & sick days: We trust you to take the time you need.

Fast-moving and impactful: See your work in the hands of customers quickly and often.

Opportunities to grow: Learn from a collaborative, cross-functional team and take on increasing ownership.

Customer connection: Engage with customers to see firsthand the impact of your product
