Job Description
About the Role
This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to build or advance their career in market research. You will work closely with the operations team and contribute to multiple research projects from start to finish, including managing vendors, coordinating with teams, and engaging with clients and respondents across platforms.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the full lifecycle of quantitative and qualitative research projects from proposal to delivery.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, accurate data flow, and timely delivery.
3. Develop detailed project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
4. Manage vendors and external partners for fieldwork, translations, and data collection.
5. Handle vendor management, including identifying new vendors and maintaining clear communication for project updates and requirements.
6. Provide regular project status updates to vendors and ensure effective coordination between clients and vendors.
7. Continuously research and onboard new data sources, potential vendors, and respondents using platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.
8. Identify, connect with, and engage relevant community groups and respondents on LinkedIn to support research objectives.
9. Ensure data accuracy, quality control, and timely completion of deliverables and reports.
10. Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution.
12. Maintain project profitability through efficient cost and time management.
13. Respond promptly to clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination
