Job Description
• Lead product management for Trade and Forex products
• Reviewing existing product programs and policies and identifying areas of improvement
• Devising new product offerings to encash market opportunities and be ahead of competition
• Creation/Updation of Standard Operating Processes for trade and forex related products
• Providing inputs and creation of digital journeys wherever possible
• Reviewing existing product policies and making improvements in the same by keeping competition benchmarks as well as internal requirements
• Rolling out product solutions to support business teams
• Periodic Review of current processes and products
• Support to business teams on product/technical issues
• Close liaisoning with internal stakeholders like Business team, Treasury, Legal, Operations, Compliance, Credit & Risk
• Analysing key business drivers and strategizing plan to achieve them
• Responsible for revenue generation and portfolio penetration of Trade and Forex products
• Manage Training requirements of business teams and ensure teams are aware of products, processes, new changes etc.
• Preparing volume/revenue/penetration data reports
• Closely monitor and drive teams to achieve monthly budgets
• Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes
• The candidate should have an analytical mindset who should be able to use data at ease – in finding hidden patterns and for understanding user behaviour
• Our candidate is the one who is extremely passionate about making his/her product a success – both internally and externally.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in owning complete product cycle – having taken multiple products from ideation to launch stage as well as driving business along with on ground team in achieving budgeted numbers
Requirements
• Preferably MBA/ CA
• Experience: 4-5 years’ experience in Trade and Forex business, preferably with some background in Working Capital Finance.
• Should have excellent knowledge on all trade products i.e. LCs, BGs, Import Finance, Export Finance, ODI, FDI, Factoring, Discounting, Foreign Currency Loans, etc.
• Candidate should also possess deep understanding of Trade and Forex Operations, Trade/Forex Documentation, Competition policies, Market Scenario, Forex Risk etc.
• Knowledge of Portfolio Risk and Credit is an bonus
• Strong oral and written Communication
• Relationship Management Skill
• Good influencing skills
